The City of Claremont is seeking volunteers in seventh through 12th grades and at least 12 years old for its Teen Committee.

Candidates must live or attend school in Claremont. Applications are at claremontca.gov/teen-committee.

“The Mission of the Teen Committee is to represent the needs of the Claremont youth by adding a youth voice to Claremont politics and accomplishing goals that help support Claremont teens in their community,” according to the city’s webpage.

Meetings are held at 3:45 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month from September through May at Youth Activity Center, 1717 N. Indian Hill Blvd., Claremont.
