Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center is proud to offer free Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 vaccinations to individuals 16 years and older.
Appointments are required. Due to limited vaccine supply, walk-ups will not be accommodated.

Safety Precautions: Public health guidelines including masking, social distancing and hand hygiene will be adhered to at all times. All guests will undergo a temperature check and be screened for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 before entering the hospital.
