Controlled burn in Mt. Baldy all day Friday

If you see smoke coming from the mountains, don’t worry—it’s a planned burn.

Fire personnel are burning piles of hazardous brush today at Bear Canyon, near Mount Baldy, according to a spokesperson for the Angeles National Forest.
