A gas leak has shut down Bucknell Avenue near the Keck Graduate Institute construction site.

Claremont police received the call at 7:31 a.m., according to Sgt. Robert Ewing of the Claremont Police Department. Police and fire crews responded to the scene, and Bucknell Avenue is closed to traffic at Arrow Highway.

The leak was construction related and there were no injuries, Sgt. David DeMetz said.
