Assemblymember Chris Holden will host an open house at his Claremont office on Thursday, September 20 from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Old School House, 415 W. Foothill Blvd.

Mr. Holden will welcome a special guest, Congressmember Judy Chu.

This event will feature a brief legislative and community update as well as the opportunity to network with elected officials and local businesses and community members. Light refreshments will be served.

Mr. Holden, a Democrat, was first elected to the California State Assembly in 2012 and is a member of the California Legislative Black Caucus. He currently represents the 41st assembly district, which includes the cities of Claremont, Altadena, La Verne, Monrovia, Pasadena, San Dimas, Sierra Madre, South Pasadena, Rancho Cucamonga, San Antonio Heights and Upland.
