Jerry Baca, 46, from Upland and Ryan Rymal, 36, from Ontario, were arrested for a string of commercial burglaries on Foothill Boulevard.

The Claremont Police Department in cooperation with the San Gabriel Valley East AB109 Task Force and La Verne Police Department, made two arrests of suspects believed to be responsible for several commercial burglaries along the Foothill corridor in the cities of Claremont, Azusa, Glendora, San Dimas and La Verne last Thursday night.

Claremont detectives identified and located the suspect vehicle at a motel in Ontario. Claremont police detectives and the assisting agencies made a traffic stop on the vehicle and the occupants were identified as the suspects in several of the burglaries. Evidence linking them to the crimes was recovered in their possession.

The men were were arrested for burglary and outstanding warrants. Mr. Baca and Mr. Rymal were then transferred to the La Verne Police Department, where they are currently booked and held. The multi-agency investigation is ongoing.
