Theft at Packing House garage proves painful lesson
Once again, always remember to lock your vehicles when you leave your car. On Thursday, May 12 an unlocked car was broken into in the Packing House parking garage, the thief making off with over $400 in goods. The theft happened between 8:15 a.m. and 4:20 p.m., to a car parked on the second floor of the structure, according to Lt. Mike Ciszek. Among the items stolen were a portable battery charger, cloth bags, a pair of Coach slippers and an ID card. The total value was $440.
