Congratulations to Raylon “RJ” Bivins for winning the city’s annual All-American Claremont Idol. The Claremont High School junior stood out among competitors for his rendition of the National Anthem. As the contest’s award winner, Raylon will perform his winning rendition at this year’s Fourth of July fireworks show, to take place on Pomona College’s Strehle Track.
