HOLOCAUST SURVIVOR Monique Saigal was a child during the World War II Holocaust and was saved by a French family who hid her for 8 years. She will discuss her experiences and those f 18 young women in the French resistance movement during the war. This program is free to attend. A buffet lunch is available at 11:45 a.m. for $12. LIBRARY DISPLAY The Western Archives of the Santa Fe Railway and Modeling Society present an exhibit on the history of railroads in Claremont. The display will include blueprints for the 1887 Santa Fe Station and the 1927 rebuild of the Claremont station. Historical photos, documents and rail equipment will show the long history of railroading in Claremont. The exhibit covers freight lines supporting the citrus industry, to passenger trains, the Pacific Electric Red Cars and the current Metrolink station. The display will be available for the month of May in the lobby display case at the Claremont Public Library, 208 N. Harvard Ave., Claremont. 621-4902.
