Walk with or for Crossroads, Inc., this year during its 2022 virtual walk fundraiser to help raise money for the nonprofit organization.

The virtual event will be held between May 1 and 14, and during that time participants can select their own course and participation schedule. Walkers can also complete this virtual walk all at once or in stages.

Participants are also encouraged to run, roll, bike, treadmill, or fulfill their mile(s) any way they please utilizing movement according to Crossroads.

Registration is $40 and participants can sign up for either a one-, five-, 10- or 15-mile walk. The registration fee also includes a finisher medal.

The name of this virtual event is Walking Home. “Home” is a word often used by the women in the nonprofit’s program to describe what Crossroads means to them. The Walking Home fundraiser is a recognition of each woman’s journey to Crossroads and, eventually, her own home.
