The City of Claremont invites locals near and far — and from beyond the grave — to its annual Halloween Spooktacular, set for Saturday, October 21 at Lewis Park, 881 Syracuse Dr. Attractions at the free Halloween event include carnival games, dog and children’s costume contests, a spooky stories corner, and food trucks from 2 to 5 p.m.
