AgingNext celebrates National Family Caregiver Appreciation Month with a free 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. caregiver conference Thursday, November 16 at the Goldy S. Lewis Community Center, 11200 Base Line Rd., Rancho Cucamonga.

Participants will be able to interact with other caregivers, learn more about community resources and respite options, and participate in workshops and virtual reality trainings. Lunch will be provided, and Redlands based internist Dr. Balu Gadhe, the keynote speaker, will speak about self-care and aging.
