Lots on tap at AMOCA

The American Museum of Ceramic Art, 399 N. Garey Ave., Pomona, hosts Cj Jilek, creator of the exhibit “Systematic Erosion,” for a noon artist talk on Saturday, November 11. The talk, which is included with the day’s admission, will be followed by a forum. More info is at amoca.org.

On Thursday, November 16, AMOCA hosts a free virtual discussion with artists Mark Burns and Vick Quezada on “Making in Between: Queer Clay,” also currently on view, from 5 to 6 p.m. via Zoom. The panel will also be followed by a Q&A. RSVP at amoca.org/events.

AMOCA holds its free and open to the public open house and holiday market from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday through Sunday, December 1-3. Attendees should RSVP at amoca.org.
