Ophelia’s Jump Productions 2024 theatrical season includes four productions at the Upland theater and two shows at the annual Midsummer Shakespeare Festival in Claremont.

Upcoming features include “The Musical of Musicals (The Musical),” based on the book by Eric Rockwell and Joanne Bogart, directed by OJP founder and artistic director Beatrice Casagrán and musically directed by Bill Wolfe; Lauren Gunderson’s comedy “The Revolutionists,” directed by Sheila Malone; “Twelve Ophelias (a play with broken songs)” by Caridad Svich, directed by Casagrán; and the premiere of “Second Death of a Mad Wife,” a dark comedy docudrama by Kelly McBurnette-Andronicos, also directed by Casagrán. The Midsummer Shakespeare Festival will include “The Tempest,” adapted and directed by Casagrán; and “The Knight of the Burning Pestle” by Francis Beaumont, directed by Caitlin Lopez.
