This year’s Fourth of July celebration theme is “Shout Hooray for the USA!” It was submitted by Vista del Valle Elementary School sixth grader Noah Haro, chosen by Claremont’s Independence Day Committee among entries from local kindergarten through sixth grade students.

Noah will receive tickets to the fireworks show, a certificate, and a place in the parade. He will also lead the flag salute at the official flag raising ceremony.
