The fifth Claremont Art Walk of 2024 takes place from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, May 4. Here’s what’s on tap:

• Ahmad Shariff Art Gallery, 107 Harvard Ave., unveils “The Journey of Hope,” by Sandy Garcia.
• Benton Museum of Art, 120 W. Bonita Ave., will sell works by Claremont Colleges students during a student art market. The museum also continues showing “Infinity on Paper: Drawings from the Collections of the Benton Museum of Art and Jack Shear,” “Stitch Field: Alice-Marie Archer’s Agritextiles,” “Continuity: Cahuilla Basket Weavers and their Legacies,” and “500 Years of Italian Drawings from the Princeton University Art Museum.”
• Bunny Gunner, 230 W. Bonita Ave., hosts “Roots of Happiness,” by Sumi Foley.
• Casa 425, 425 W. First St., continues “It Just Needed to Be Said” by Gorman Bentley.
• Claremont Chamber of Commerce, 205 Yale Ave., continues drawings, paintings, mixed media, photography, ceramics, and sculptures from Claremont High School students in its annual Claremont Chamber Student Art Show.
• The Claremont Forum Bookshop, 586 W. First St., features photography by Ghawam Kouchaki, “The Last Summer.”
• Claremont Lewis Museum of Art, 200 W. First St., opens “The Great Perfection: Charles Long & Khang Bảo Nguyễn,” with live music by Kaushal Chandrasen. The exhibit runs through August 18.
• Crescent Tree Corp, 206 W. Bonita Ave., Suite 2-N, hangs “She Went for a Swim,” works by Lucy Mu Li.
• The Laemmle Claremont 5 Theatre, 450 W. Second St., is home to “Artifacts,” photographs by Greg Rook.
• Pomona Valley Art Association, 317 W. First St., exhibits Sue Cook and Dolores Montijo.
• Studio C, 260 W. Bonita Ave., hosts “eight x eight,” a group showcase featuring local artists in celebration of Studio C’s eight years in the Village. Many works will be $88 and there will be cake.
