After a four year break, Claremont Heritage and Claremont Music Scene are partnering to

revive the Treasury of Claremont Music concert, an initiative meant to celebrate the city’s musical history and culture, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday, July 27 at Garner House, 840 N. Indian Hill Blvd., Claremont.

The night will feature a live performance by Mick Rhodes and the Hard Eight, as well as a ceremony honoring local musicians and institutions such as Justin Andres, Roy Durnal, the Folk Music Center, the late David Lindley, Rhodes, and more. Photo opportunities with musicians being honored will be available, as will food and libations.
