Upland’s 27th annual free and open to the public Lemon Festival runs from noon to midnight Friday, June 14, through Sunday, June 16, and features carnival rides, karaoke, axe throwing, mechanical bull riding, a petting zoo, crafts corner, a nonprofit row, and live music, in downtown Upland, 305 N. Second Ave.
