Happy Fourth 2024…Claremont style

The City of Claremont celebrated Independence Day with its traditional fixings. Festivities began at 7 a.m. with the Claremont Kiwanis pancake breakfast, followed by a flag raising ceremony and remarks by city, regional and state dignitaries at Memorial Park. Things got in full swing at 10 a.m. with the launch of the festival and parade. The evening concert and fireworks show at Pomona College’s Strehle Track closed out the festivities.
