The Claremont Police Department is planning a sobriety checkpoint at an undisclosed location starting at 7 p.m. Saturday, September 7, through 2 a.m. Sunday, September 8. Drivers will be stopped to ensure they are wearing their seatbelts, possess valid driver licenses and not operating a car while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
