The Chino Basin Water Conservation District’s free and open to the public Waterwise Garden and Pumpkin Fest runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, October 5 at the Waterwise Community Center, 4594 San Bernardino St., Montclair. It includes free raffles, children’s activities, a native plant sale, a free petting zoo, face painting, a pumpkin patch and decorating space, and educational activities on water conservation.
