Great-grandmother, lifelong Claremont resident

Elizabeth M. (Liles) Golling died peacefully at her home surrounded by loved ones on July 24,  after being treated for cancer for the past four years.

Born November 29, 1951, she was a lifelong resident of Claremont, graduating from Claremont High School in 1969. She met the love of her life Stephen that summer, and they were married in 1973.

She was a homemaker and dedicated herself to her husband and their daughter Ann, and her husband Matt Teson.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Stephen; daughter Ann and her husband Matt; granddaughters Tobi and Matti; and great-grandchildren Rose (5), Mikey (3), and X-man, (4 months).

She was preceded in death by her father, Toby Liles; mother, Ruth (Funkhouser) Liles; brother, Jon; and sister, Ellen.

“She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her,” her family shared.
