Golden State Water Company recently appointed Nabil Saba as general manager.

Saba now oversees company operations in Claremont, San Dimas, San Gabriel, Apple Valley, Barstow, Morongo Valley and Wrightwood, “ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing customer service and guiding infrastructure investments that support safe, reliable and quality drinking water delivery to approximately 56,100 customers,” according to a news release.

Saba, a registered civil engineer, most recently served as executive director of Santa Ana Public Works Agency.
