Friday, October 24

  • Tri-City Mental Health Services hosts a free and public job fair from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at its wellness center, 1403 N. Garey Ave., Pomona. Learn more at org.
  • Benton Museum of Art, 120 W. Bonita Ave., Claremont, hosts a free and open to the public 2 p.m. gallery talk.
  • Families are invited to Ontario’s free 4:30 to 8 p.m. trunk or treat event at Westwind Park, 2455 E. Riverside Dr. Info is at gov/events.
  • Tickets are $10 for “Halloween Hop,” a 5 p.m. dance for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities at La Verne Community Center, 3680 D St.
  • Claremont’s 6 to 9 p.m. live music showcase Friday Nights Live wraps with The Cougar Estrada Band (Great American song book) at Village Plaza, Claremont Riffraff (spooky fun music) at the chamber of commerce, and The Dogs (deep rock covers) at Shelton Park.   • Pomona’s annual haunted house at Palomares Park, 499 E. Arrow Hwy., runs from 6:30 to 9 p.m. October 2425, free for Pomona residents, $10 for others.
  • Tickets are $15-$25 at haughpac.com for “Frankenstein” at Citrus College’s Little Theatre, 1000 W. Foothill Blvd., Glendora, with shows at 7 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 2 p.m. Sundays October 24 through November 9. The production is recommended for mature audiences.
