Football (7-4)
Claremont fell to Palm Springs, 33-7, in the first round of the California Interscholastic Federation-Southern Section Division 7 playoffs on November 7, to finish the season 7-4. In Sierra League, the Pack defeated Colony, 25-14, October 30; and lost to Glendora, 35-21, on October 24; Bonita, 31-7, October 17; and Charter Oak, 42-0, October 10. The team finished third is league at 2-3.
Flag football (9-7)
Wolfpack’s season came to an end October 25 when Compton High defeated Claremont 25-13 in the second round of the CIF-SS Division 4 playoff tournament. The team finished 9-7 overall, and finished third in the Palomares League at 2-4.
Cross-country
The varsity boys took third at the October 10-11 Clovis Invitational with 221 points in the Division 3 race. The girls claimed seventh in the 5,000-meter Saturday championship with 215 points.

At the 77th annual Mt. San Antonio College Invitational the boys had 52 points and the girls 62 as booth took first in their division 2 varsity races.
The girls’ varsity team placed first with 19 points at the November 7 Palomares League Championships at Ayala Park, the boys second with 44. Full results are at athletic.net.
The teams are at Mt. San Antonio College November 14 for the CIF-SS Division 2 cross country races.
Girls golf (10-6)
Claremont finished 13th out of the 22 teams at River Ridge Golf Club in Oxnard in the November 3 CIF-SS Division 3 team finals, with a team score of 449. The team was 4-6 in Palomares League play, finishing in fourth place.
Girls tennis (8-5)
CHS lost to Crossroads, 16-2, in the first round of the CIF-SS Division 2 postseason tournament November 5, capping the season at 8-5. The team finished third in the Palomares League with a 6-4 record.
Girls volleyball (18-10)
Claremont lost 3-0 to John Burroughs in the first round of the CIF-SS Division 3 postseason tournament on October 22, ending their season at 18-10.
Prior, the team beat Ayala, 3-1, October 13, and Glendora, 3-2, on October 8. The Pack were crowned silver division champions at the October 11 Garden Grove tournament. They finished 8-2 in Palomares League play, sharing the first place title with Glendora.
Boys water polo (15-13)
The team wrapped the season with a 19-9 win over Diamond Bar in the Palomares League postseason tournament on October 21, finishing 2-5. Claremont finished second at the October 10-11 Estancia tournament, beating Westminster, Beaumont, and Tesoro and losing to Burroughs.
The Webb Schools
Football (7-3)
Webb fell to Anaheim, 41-34, in the first round of the CIF-SS Division 14 tournament on November 8 to cap their season at 7-3 and claiming third in the Cottonwood League with a 3-2 record.
The boys scored 108 points at the October 29 San Joaquin League finals and finished fourth. The girls were fifth with 140 points. At the October 16 San Joaquin League cluster the boys scored 88 points and took fourth, and the girls also finished fourth with 101 points. Girls golf (11-1)
The Gauls claimed the San Joaquin League title October 16 by defeating Tarbut V’ Torah, 222-228, finishing 9-1. Webb ended their season November 3 at the CIF-SS Division 3 team finals at River Ridge Golf Club in Oxnard, finishing 19th out of 22 teams with a score of 471.
Girls tennis (10-10)
Webb lost to Chino Hills, 10-8, in the first round of the CIF-SS Division 5 postseason playoffs on November 5, ending their season at 10-10 and finishing third in the San Joaquin League at 6-5.
Girls volleyball (16-3)
Webb claimed the Express League title, finishing 8-0. On October 21 the Gauls lost to Capistrano Valley, 3-0, in the first round of the Division 6 CIF-SS tournament to finish the season 16-3.
Boys water polo (17-12)
The Gauls lost to Charter Oak, 18-8, in the Division 4 CIF-SS tournament on October 30 to finish the season 17-12.
