Claremont High School recently earned bronze in the Advanced Placement School Honor Roll, which offers schools with AP programs bronze, silver, gold, and platinum distinctions. It “recognizes schools whose AP programs are delivering results for students while broadening participation,” according to a news release at apcentral.collegeboard.org.
“This recognition reflects CHS’s efforts to strengthen a college-going culture, with 42 percent of the Class of 2025 participating in AP coursework and exams,” according to Claremont Unified School District’s January 17 newsletter. “This achievement reflects the collective efforts of CHS teachers, counselors, administrators, students, and families, whose shared commitment continues to create meaningful academic opportunities for students as they plan for life after graduation.”
