PVHMC unveils new pediatric waiting space

Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center emergency department recently opened a new waiting area and treatment room for pediatric patients. The waiting room offers activities and games ahead of a child’s visit to a PVHMC physician or nurse.

“Emergency departments can be an overwhelming environment and we’re proud to offer our community these new, comfortable spaces that are tailored to serve families during a stressful moment,” wrote PVHMC Dr. James Kim in a news release. “These updates build upon our commitment to better serve our region’s pediatric patients.”
