Blossoming Lotus GYROTONIC® (and Pilates) is a revolutionary luxury Movement Arts and Holistic Wellness Center. Our staff is devoted to helping you choose a lifestyle of optimal health, serving the surrounding communities of Claremont and Upland. We are honored to be the original and only licensed and fully equipped Gyrotonic studio in the entire Inland Empire and eastern Los Angeles county. We also feature all five stunning pieces of equipment from Germany.

As Exercise Therapists/Medical Massage Therapists, we deliver the finest “concierge-level” of instruction available. We specialize in the Holistic full body strengthening system of The Gyrotonic® Method, along with Stott Pilates and Manual Therapy to support your move toward a more balanced, healthy life in mind, body and spirit. Our therapists are dedicated to meeting you where you are on your wellness journey and guiding you toward living your best life. Sessions available for fitness, wellness and rehabilitation clients. All levels welcome!

Our studio focuses on quality versus quantity so our maximum class-size is limited to three participants for Pilates and two for Gyrotonic. Also available is our specialty of one on one private lessons.
