The same slow moving weather system that dropped more than 4 inches of continuous rain in Claremont from 10 a.m. Sunday to 10 a.m. Monday will let loose with another 1 ½ inches on Tuesday, where a flash flood warning has been issued for the San Gabriel mountains through 4 p.m. On Monday the massive storm impacted everything from freeway traffic to Village parking, to school attendance.
