On Tuesday, December 20, Granite Creek Community Church, 1580 N. Claremont Blvd., Claremont, will partner with Claremont-based nonprofit KidCare International to distribute more than 800 toys and backpacks to local children in need from 4 to 5:30 p.m.

The toys were collected by the Claremont Police Department and Keeping the Good in Our Neighborhood’s annual toy drive. Granite Creek’s family pastor Michael Jones and KidCare director Joe Robles organized the giveaway.
