City seeks input on 2026-28 priorities, budgets

The City of Claremont’s online portal to gather feedback for its 2026-28 priorities and budget process is open through January 8, 2026 at claremontca.gov, search “priorities.”
All who live, work, visit, attend school or do business in Claremont are invited to complete the survey.
“In early 2026, the City Council will develop a list of objectives and work items to guide staff’s work plan for the 2026-28 budget cycle (July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028),” read an email from the city.
Public workshops will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at Alexander Hughes Center’s Padua Room, 1700 Danbury Rd.; virtually at 9 a.m. Wednesday, January 14 at claremontca.gov; and at 9 a.m. Saturday, January 31, when the Claremont City Council meeting at 225 W. Second St. will include a priorities workshop.
