Claremont Craft Ales wins gold at World Beer Cup
Claremont Craft Ales was awarded a gold medal at the 2025 World Beer Cup on May 1 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The Claremont brewery won the top prize in the experimental IPA category for its Pepper & Peaches IPA, which features citra hops and incorporates pink peppercorns and peaches.
It is the first World Beer Cup award for Claremont Craft Ales, adding to its seven previous medals from The Great American Beer Festival and dozens more at other regional competitions.
Known as “the Olympics of beer,” The World Beer Cup is the most prestigious beer competition in the world.
Claremont Craft Ales will celebrate its 13th anniversary from 1 to 8 p.m. Saturday, June 21 and Sunday, June 22 at its taproom, 1420 N. Claremont Blvd., suite 204C, Claremont, CA 91711. The event will feature 44 beers on tap, food vendors, anniversary merchandise, and live music from Old Californio and Duncan Stever on Saturday, and GoldRaven and Duncan Stever on Sunday.
