Claremont Forum to come alive this weekend with ‘Treasure Island’
The Claremont Forum, with the aid of Respun Retro, will host a second books come alive event at the bookshop, 586 W. First St., from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, June 2 and 3. The event will commemorate Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic tale, “Treasure Island,” by transforming the Forum into a pirate’s paradise.
This free and open to the public family-friendly event will feature pirates, games, children’s activities, and an art exhibit with works inspired by the book. Questions? Call (909) 626-3066.
