Claremont Heritage’s 2023 awards gala, “Sunday Celebration: Art and Architecture,” will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday, June 4 at Padua Hills Theatre, 4467 Padua Ave., with a cocktail hour at 4 p.m.

Claremont Graduate University will receive the Bess Garner Preservation Award for its “outstanding contribution to the built environment,” read a news release. The Scripps Fine Arts Foundation will be presented with the Cultural Heritage Award for contributions to Claremont artists and makers.

The evening will include dinner (chicken or vegetarian options), an awards program, and an auction. Bidding opens Sunday, at noon Sunday, May 28 at claremontheritage.org, closing at noon Sunday, June 11.

Tickets, $100 or $1,000 for a table of 10 for Claremont Heritage members, are at claremontheritage.org. Non-member prices are $125/$1,250. Proceeds benefit Claremont Heritage.
