Claremont High School homecoming info, road closures

Claremont High School’s annual homecoming parade will be held on Friday, November 1 and streets surrounding the school will be closed from 4 to 5:30 p.m. The parade begins in the school’s west parking lot and will proceed north on Oxford Avenue, east on Scripps Drive, south on Indian Hill Boulevard, and conclude at the school’s south parking lot. Parade viewers are encouraged to park before 4 p.m. at the Joāt Park parking lot on Scripps Drive.

The CHS varsity football team will host Los Osos at 7 p.m. Neighbors surrounding the high school are advised that fireworks show will take place during the halftime show at about 8.

On Saturday, November 2, streets adjacent to the Blaisdell Ranch Preserve will be restricted to resident access only between 2 and 6 p.m. Students wanting to take Homecoming photos will be redirected.
