Friday, December 29
- The Joslyn Center, 660 N. Mountain Ave., Claremont, will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for the elderly nutrition program only. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. The Joslyn and Blaisdell centers will resume regular hours on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
- Comedian Katt Williams is at Toyota Arena, 4000 Ontario Center, Ontario, for one night only starting at 8 p.m. Tickets begin at $159 at tickets-center.com.
Saturday, December 30
- Montclair Place’s Barnes and Nobles bookstore, 5183 Montclair Plaza Ln., hosts a free in-person kids story time session at 11 a.m. Details are at stores.barnesandnoble.com.
Sunday, December 31
- The Courier reminds all to be safe this New Year’s Eve. Don’t start the year in the Police Blotter or in the Claremont jail.
