  • Claremont Senior Program’s monthly war and existentialism book club meets at 10:30 a.m. at the Joslyn Center, 660 N. Mountain Ave., Claremont. This month’s read is “The Flies” by Jean-Paul Sartre.

  • Hostile Terrain 94,” the latest exhibit by the Undocumented Migration Project, opens at 10 a.m. at Wignall Museum of Contemporary Art, 5885 Haven Ave., Rancho Cucamonga. Admission is free 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and noon to 4 p.m. Saturday. The show is up through Saturday, March 14.
