Because of the pandemic, the City of Upland decided to move their fireworks show to the Upland—Claremont border near Base Line Road and Monte Vista Avenue. Although city officials were trying to avoid a large gathering, that didn’t stop many from securing a good spot at the Whole Foods shopping center literally across the street from the launch area.
