hursday’s free and open to the public state of the city address by Claremont Mayor Corey Calaycay begins at noon at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, 555 W. Foothill Blvd. The event will also include remarks from the City Council.
It will be preceded at 11 a.m. by a closed to the public ticketed Claremont Chamber of Commerce lunch.
The City of Claremont changed the state of the city address last week from ticketed to free in order to comply with the Brown Act.
