Some 100 Claremont residents were on hand at Joāt Park Tuesday evening to celebrate National Night Out, an annual event recognizing police and community partnerships in cities across the nation. Hosted by the Claremont Police Department, it featured a “Frozen” sing-along, various booths, chances to interact with police, an opportunity to donate to the Children’s Advocacy Center, and photo ops with CPD vehicles.
