Police discover body in car

Early Monday morning a Claremont police officer made a grisly discovery when a suspicious vehicle call turned into a suspicious death investigation. At 6:06 a.m. the officer responded to the 1400 block of Claremont Boulevard to inspect the vehicle and discovered a deceased male inside the car, according to Lieutenant Karlan Bennett.

Detectives from the Claremont Police and the Los Angeles County Coroners office are investigating. Anyone with information regarding the case please call CPD at 909-399-5411.
