Pomona NAACP hosts viewing of ‘I Have a Dream’ speech

From 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, August 28 the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People’s Pomona Valley branch hosts its annual free and open to the public viewing of Martin Luther King Jr.’s famed “I Have a Dream” speech, delivered August 28, 1963 at the Lincoln Memorial. The event takes place at the NAACP’s Pomona offices at 1460 E. Holt Ave. The program will also include a panel discussion and remarks from partner organizations.
