Public meeting on coyotes set for June 17

A public meeting to discuss the recent increase in coyote encounters in Claremont is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 17 at the Joslyn Center, 660 N. Mountain Ave. Officials from the City of Claremont, Inland Valley Humane Society and SPCA, and the office of the Los Angeles County Department of Agricultural Commissioner will be on hand.
