Larry Grable, SCIL’s executive director, wrote in an email, “This is for our new suite next door, 131 Spring St. At the same time, our new partner/tenant, Communication Services for the Deaf, will be hosting an open house celebrating this new location. We are excited about the expansion and new partnership offering more services for our local community.”
