Claremont High School hosted the SoCal Trades Tour Wednesday. The event offered students a chance to connect with potential employers and explore future career paths. It featured 35 organizations looking to hire.
Beyond job opportunities, the fair provided students with valuable experience speaking to real recruiters in interview-like settings. CHS junior and Wolfpacket Sports Editor Cheng Hao Li attended to “get over my fear of employment.” Junior Riley Miller said the event would “help motivate and inspire me for a possible new career.”
Employers ranged from the U.S. Marines and healthcare organizations to Mt. San Antonio College.
