The city of Claremont and the Claremont Chamber of Commerce were served a Summons from the United States District Court Central District of California in a lawsuit brought forward by the Claremont Police Officers Association (CPOA). CPOA is claiming its First Amendment rights were violated at this year’s Village Venture. Our city reporter is working to get more details. We will update you as more information is gathered.
