Windows to Village business smashed, no thefts reported
Windows at two businesses in the Village were smashed with a rock early Sunday morning, and police are still looking for the suspect.
A Dr. Grubb’s employee called police at approximately 5:30 a.m. to report a lower glass windowpane at nearby Salad Farm was smashed, according to Sgt. Eric Huizar of the Claremont Police Department.
While officers searched the area, they discovered that the window of King Kong Sushi was also broken.
There were no signs of entry into the businesses, according to the release.
There is no suspect information at this time. Anyone with information should call the Claremont Police Department at (909) 399-5411.
