The COURIER is publishing something new by starting a six-episode weekly social media video series called “Flying with Miss Pixie.” Pixie is my 12-year-old Chihuahua who follows me everywhere, including to many of the locations used for my aerial video and photography. Our goal is to find distinctive, unique spots along the west coast and tell a story using aerial video as the medium. The topics will vary from fun to serious, yet will always include a specific storyline, with great visuals. And there’s going to be this little white full-figured dog tagging along for the ride. We promise to show you sights rarely seen before! This week look at the changing shoreline of Big Bear Lake due to years of drought. After six weeks we will see if our audience wants more.
