Magician brings ‘handcrafted mysteries’ to Claremont Forum
Greg VanHolsbeck, 25, has reiterated his goal of providing art and entertainment to lovers of theater and magic with his weekly one-man magic show titled “Handcrafted Mysteries.”
Performances takes place at The Claremont Forum bookstore every Thursday night at 8 p.m.
As the name suggests, “Handcrafted Mysteries” offers attendees an evening of magic and mentalism. The show features signature magic pieces from Mr. VanHolsbeck as he uses his experience as a professional magician and member at the Hollywood Magic Castle to treat fans to a night of immersive displays.
The Claremont Forum is a cozy bookstore located in the Packing House with a mission to promote charity, art and community.
“It has proven to be the perfect location for Handcrafted Mysteries,” Mr. VanHolsbeck said. “The bookstore helps to create an intimate atmosphere, where audiences can be comfortable and engaged in the magic. This is valuable to the performances as almost every audience member gets to play a part in at least one magic trick during the 60-minute show.”
Show tickets, which are $15, and more information can be found at gvmagic.com.
