City facilities are closed to the public through April 3, including all public meeting spaces, lobbies and community buildings. This may be extended by county orders. If you have business with the city, it is requested that you make a phone or online appointment.

Engineering Permits and  Plan Check Services: Call (909) 399-5465 for permit review via online or by phone.

Planning Permits and  Plan Check Services: Call (909) 399-5470 for permit review via online or by phone.

Sanitation Payments: No in-person payments are currently being accepted. Payment can be made by telephone at (909) 399-5453 or online at www.onlinebiller.com/claremont. To pay by check, use the drop box located outside the city hall main entrance. Payment should be accompanied by a remittance slip so that it can be applied to the appropriate account.

For all other services, contact (909) 399-5460 and you will be transferred to Police Records, where police department staff will assist with transferring you to the appropriate city personnel.

Police and Sanitation services continue as normal. The city is taking extra precautions for the safety and wellbeing of the staff and the public. City management is working with staff to accommodate personal circumstances while ensuring city operations continue. Please be aware that services may be reduced due to impacts to staffing.
